This handbook sets out the official rules, guidelines and member obligations that govern every cycle within GoldMatrix Lifetrend Solutions. Every member is expected to read, understand and abide by its contents in full.

Welcome to GoldMatrix Lifetrend Solutions — a structured savings and contribution community built on discipline, transparency and mutual trust. We exist to help our members achieve consistent financial goals through organised, accountable group cycles.
This handbook is the single source of truth for how our cycles are run, what is expected of every member, and how disputes are handled. By participating in any GoldMatrix cycle, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms set out in the sections that follow.

How it works
How GoldMatrix Lifetrend Solutions works
GoldMatrix operates structured contribution cycles in which members pool funds together according to a fixed schedule. Each participant is assigned a slot, and payouts are distributed in slot order until every member of that cycle has received their turn.
- Speak with an admin to select the contribution plan that suits you — daily, weekly, or a structured group slot.
- Once your plan is confirmed, you are assigned a slot number and added to the official group for that cycle.
- Make your contribution on or before the deadline and submit a clear Proof of Payment in the official group.
- Your contribution is verified and recorded by the admin team.
- When your slot is reached, your payout is processed and disbursed in line with the cashout policy.
Member Rules
Member rules
- Every member must conduct themselves with respect, integrity and discretion at all times.
- Members are required to keep accurate personal records of their slot number, group name, contribution amount and payment dates.
- Punctuality is non-negotiable. Late contributions delay every other member in the cycle and will not be tolerated.
- Sharing of misinformation, impersonation of an admin, or any attempt to defraud the community will result in immediate and permanent removal.
- All official communication is conducted through the designated GoldMatrix WhatsApp channels. Decisions made outside these channels are not recognised.
- All timelines, deadlines and payout schedules follow West Africa Time (WAT).
Payments
Payment guidelines
- Contributions must be paid only into the official account details issued by your group admin for the current cycle.
- Account details circulated privately, forwarded by third parties, or shared outside the official group are not valid and must not be used.
- The exact contribution amount must be paid in full. Part-payments, instalments and overpayments are not accepted.
- All contributions must be made on or before the deadline communicated for your slot. Bank delays should be anticipated and avoided.
- Any payment made in error remains the responsibility of the sender. Always confirm details before authorising a transfer.
Proof of Payment
Proof of Payment instructions
- Proof of Payment (POP) must be a clear, unedited screenshot or receipt showing the date, time, amount and recipient account.
- Cropped, blurred, watermark-removed or otherwise altered receipts will be rejected and treated as a breach of trust.
- POP must be posted in the official group immediately after payment is made — not hours or days later.
- Always tag the assigned admin in your POP so that your contribution can be verified and recorded without delay.
- Members are advised to retain their own copy of every POP submitted, in case verification is required at a later date.
Slots
Slot responsibility
- Your slot is your personal responsibility. You are expected to track it, honour it and see it through to completion.
- Slots cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person without prior written approval from an admin.
- Should a member become inactive, the admin reserves the right to restructure the cycle in the interest of the wider community.
- Failure to honour a slot affects every other member in the queue and is regarded as a serious breach of community discipline.
- Members are encouraged to plan their finances ahead of each cycle and only commit to slots they are confident of completing.
Cashout
Cashout policy
- Cashouts are processed strictly in the order of assigned slots. No member may be moved ahead of another under any circumstance.
- A standard 1% administrative charge is deducted from each cashout to support platform operations and ongoing community management.
- Cashouts are processed within the timeframe communicated by your admin once all contributions for that slot have been confirmed.
- Members must ensure their receiving bank details are accurate and active. GoldMatrix is not liable for funds sent to incorrect details supplied by the member.
- Cashout requests outside of the official process, or via unverified channels, will not be honoured.
Commitment
No refund · No stopping halfway
- By joining a cycle, you are entering a binding commitment to the community and to every other member in that cycle.
- Refunds are not offered under any circumstance once a cycle has commenced.
- Withdrawing, pausing or stopping halfway through a cycle is strictly prohibited and disrupts the entire group.
- Members who abandon a cycle will be removed from the community and barred from participating in any future GoldMatrix activity.
- Please consider your financial position carefully before joining. Commitment is expected from the first contribution to the final payout.
