A clean Proof of Payment keeps the cycle moving. A blurry, cropped or edited POP delays your group and may pause your slot.
Submit the full, unedited screenshot or receipt showing the date, amount, account name and reference. Always send your POP in the official group or the channel directed by the admin — never in private side-chats.
If your POP is rejected, do not argue in the group. Contact the admin team on WhatsApp, share the original document and follow their instructions.
